Allyson R. Behm
Allyson R. Behm maintains a general civil litigation practice. Her primary areas of practice include the defense of medical negligence, premises liability, and automobile cases. Ms. Behm also handles commercial disputes.
Experience
Ms. Behm has successfully tried several cases on behalf of her clients. She has authored and successfully argued numerous dispositive motions within her primary areas of practice. Ms. Behm's success with dispositive motions has allowed many of her clients to avoid the expense and stress of extensive litigation and trial.
During law school, Ms. Behm was an active member of The American Journal of Law & Medicine, and published her Note, The Americans with (or without) Disabilities Act: Pre-Employment Medical Inquiries and the Non-disabled, in the winter 2000 volume. She also served as a teaching assistant for first-year law students.
