Christine McAsey
Ms. McAsey's practice is diverse, including family law and criminal law and also civil litigation of all kinds, including premises liability, insurance defense, fraud and eminent domain litigation. Her experience includes more than fifty bench trials and more than twenty jury trials in criminal and civil litigation.
Ms. McAsey was born and raised in the Joliet and Plainfield area and began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Will County Public Defender’s Office. She later served as a local prosecutor for various southwest suburban communities.
In 2007, Ms. McAsey was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the Character and Fitness Committee. She has been active in her local community serving on the Will-Grundy County Easter Seals.
