Nicole Lyn Johs

Ms. Johs’ practice concentrates in civil defense litigation, including medical malpractice, construction defects and accidents, premises liability and high value motor vehicle accidents. She has presented over fifty cases for mandatory arbitration and tried over twenty cases to jury verdict. Ms. Johs has negotiated numerous cases through non-binding mediation. She has drafted and successfully argued several summary judgment motions. Ms. Johs has also drafted and successfully argued the appeals of the summary judgment orders.
