Paul J. Richards
Mr. Richards practices in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation, construction law, and corporate law.
Mr. Richards is experienced in handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He represents general contractors and subcontractors in general business matters, as well as handling construction and mechanic's lien litigation. He has also handled complex commercial matters, including contract, construction, zoning and banking matters. His practice also includes negotiating, drafting and analysis of various types of business contracts, and counseling clients in real estate, general business and corporate matters. Mr. Richards also handles commercial real estate foreclosure matters, including actions involving security agreements and guaranties.
