Stephanie KempskiAssociate Attorney
Stephanie is KGG’s newest attorney, having been sworn in and licensed as an Illinois attorney in November 2022. After graduating law school in May 2022, she passed the Illinois bar exam. Eager to get her career started, she joined KGG well before her admission to the bar and began training and working as an assistant with established attorneys so that she could hit the ground running immediately upon admission to the bar. She is practicing law with a focus on subrogation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation.
Stephanie already has significant legal experience from her internship for the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, during her last year of law school and the preceding summer. There, she performed legal research and was given the opportunity to hone both her technical and legal skills by providing assistance for a remote evidentiary hearing. She also provided valuable legal aid to Winnebago County’s most vulnerable residents during her externship with the Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic in Rockford, Illinois, where she interviewed and advised clients, in addition to conducting legal research.
KGG is excited to add this enthusiastic young advocate to our team.
